ICE agent arrested for allegedly touring to Othello to pay for intercourse with 13-year-old

Koby Don Williams, 47, of Ellensburg, was arrested on suspicion of tried business sexual abuse of a minor, second-degree tried rape of a kid and communication with a minor for immoral functions, the press launch mentioned.
