Poppadoms
Served with mango chutney, mint sauce and spiced onions.

Appetisers

Raunaq-E-Seekh
The traditional skewer of finely minced lamb delicately flavoured with fresh coriander, tomatoes, mint and spring onions creating an extra-ordinary play of aromas.

Murgh Malai Tikka
Tender pieces of chicken marinated with cheese, cream and ground cumin, roasted on the Sigri and then garnished with chat masala and freshly chopped coriander.

Zaquand-E-Kebab
Lamb picatta culled from the fillet, flavoured with pimentos and kashmiri shahi jeera then cooked on the Tawa resulting in an extremely succulent kebab.

Fish Amritsari
Succulent chunks of Cod immersed in an ajwain and gram flour batter. Delicately spiced and deep-fried to a rich golden colour.

Aloo Mattar Ki Tikki
Indian potato cakes filled with asafoetida tempered peethi of peas and served with three contrasting chutneys - tamarind, mint and sweet onion. (V)

Summer Vegetable Samosa
A favourite of the Indian connoisseur. Deep-fried savoury triangular pastries with an array of delicious fillings. (V)

Vegetable Pakora
Crisp nuggets of onion, vegetable and spices delicately coated in batter and deep fried. (V)

Main Course

Chicken Tikka Masala
An exciting twist to the ever popular chicken tikka, we present our own exclusive recipe of succulent chicken in a smooth and creamy masala sauce, garnished with crushed cashew nuts.

Chicken Saagwala
Succulent pieces of chicken cooked with ginger, garlic, spinach, fenugreek and selected spices topped with fresh spring onions and coriander.

Koh-E-Avadh
The Mughlai cuisine specialty of cubed lamb in a velvety ginger-laced onion sauce. Accented with sunflower seed, mace, green cardamom and kewda water, rich in both taste and tradition.

Lamb Assamese Jalfrezi
Morsels of lamb prepared in a spicy sauce of onion, capsicum, fresh ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves. Served with spring onions, fresh coriander and a dash of whole black cumin.

Mattar Paneer
Indian cheese and green peas cooked in a light sauce of onions, ginger, garlic, spices, yogurt and tomatoes. (V)

Daal Makhani
The urid lentil delicacy incorporating tomato puree and garlic, simmered overnight on the tandoor and finished with cream. (V)

Subz Punj Ratnee
A selection of seasonal vegetables slow cooked in a tempering of ginger, garlic, onions and tomatoes. (V)

Saag
Creamed spinach cooked with cumin seeds, spring onions and garlic. (V)

Steamed Basmati Rice
Aromatic Basmati rice. The perfect companion for any meal. (V)

Assorted Naans
Classical Indian bread cooked in the tandoor and served as assortment of cheese, fruit-nut, garlic-coriander and keema varieties.

Kachaumber Raitha
Churned yogurt with chopped onions, tomatoes and cucumber. (V)
