All appetisers are served with two contrasting chutneys; mint, sweet bell pepper and are served on a bed of fresh green greens.

Paneer Ka Tikka
Fresh pieces of cottage cheese bathed overnight in cream cheese, caraway seeds, green
chili paste, fresh cream and mixed peppers, chargrilled in the tandoor.

Aloo Mattar Ki Tikki
Indian potato cakes filled with asafoetida tempered peethi of peas

Vegetable Samosa
Crisp savoury pastries stuffed with seasonal vegetables.

Vegetable Pakora
Crisp nuggets of onion, seasonal vegetables and spices delicately coated in batter and deep fried.

Tandoori Mushroom
Fresh mushrooms marinated overnight in fresh yoghurt, garlic, ginger and
tandoori masala then chargrilled.

Main Courses

Paneer Makhani
Succulent cottage cheese cooked in a delicious tomato and butter sauce; a famous dish from the
Indian capital of New Delhi.

Subzi Milloni
A selection of delicately spiced fresh vegetables brought together in a robust spinach sauce.

Bombay Aloo
Potatoes cooked with onions, tomatoes, garlic and ginger in a tangy sauce.

Saag
Fresh mustard leaves cooked with cumin seeds, spring onions and garlic.

Daal Makhani
The finest black lentils cooked overnight on a slow fire in the tandoor, mixed with ginger, garlic, fresh tomato puree
and a touch of fresh cream.

Pulao Basmati Rice
