Murgh Salad
Marinated chicken cooked in the tandoor and then mixed with pineapple, tomato, and
mixed peppers, finished with chaat masala.

Bean Sprout Salad
A healthy mix of green sprouted lentils and black chickpeas, tossed with roasted cumin,
ginger powder and a green chili dressing, finished with a sizzle of tamarind.

Paneer Salad
Cubes of cottage cheese roasted in the tandoor, mixed with finely chopped ginger, mango
chutney, lemon juice and mixed peppers.

Mango and Corn Salad
Sweetcorn tossed with freshly sliced mango and seasoned with lemon juice, herbs and
a homemade sweet pepper dressing, garnished with lemon grass.

Chicken Tikka

Zaffrani Chicken Tikka
The finest pieces of boneless chicken breast marinated overnight in fresh yoghurt,
saffron, white pepper and a ginger, garlic paste, seared in the tandoor.

Seekh Kebab
