Murgh Malai Tikka
Morsels of boneless chicken breast marinated overnight with soft cream cheese, mace, cardamom powder and
finely chopped green chili, finished in the tandoor.

Raunaq-E-Seekh
The traditional skewer of finely minced lamb delicately flavoured with fresh coriander, tomatoes, mint and spring onions
creating an extraordinary play of aromas.

Lamb Chop Masala
Tender lamb chops flavoured with traditional Indian spices and cooked to perfection on the tawa.

Tandoori Jhinga
King prawns marinated in mace, cardamom, lemon juice, ginger and garlic then cooked on
the sigri until tender and golden.

Aloo Matar Ki Tikki
Indian potato cakes filled with asafoetida tempered peethi of peas and served with three contrasting chutneys -
tamarind, mint and sweet onion.

Paneer Pakora
Two slices of Indian cheese stuffed with fresh mint and finished in a crisp coating.

Vegetable Samosa
Crisp savoury pastries stuffed with seasonal vegetables, served on a bed of fresh greens.

Main Courses

Butter Chicken
Tikka of chicken simmered in a smooth buttery tomato gravy, made with juices of the roasted meat
and redolent of kasoori fenugreek.

Chicken Karahi
Tender chicken braised in a spiced masala of garlic, ginger, onions and tomatoes with a
tempering of crushed coriander seeds and crisp red chilies.



Lamb Roganjosh
The finest lamb chunks cooked on a slow fire with fresh yoghurt, finely chopped onions and tomatoes, enriched
with whole spices and saffron.



Laal Maas
Tender lamb bathed overnight in a yoghurt and chili paste marinade, then cooked gently
with onions, asafoetida and whole spices; a chef's favourite not to be missed.

Vegetable Kofta
Smooth dumplings made from the finest fresh vegetables including carrots, cauliflower, green
beans and peas, simmered in a delicious mild butter sauce.

Mattar Paneer
Cottage cheese cooked along with green peas in a light sauce of yoghurt, onions, tomatoes,
ginger, garlic and spices.

Daal Makhani
The finest black lentils cooked overnight on a slow fire in the tandoor, mixed with ginger, garlic, fresh tomato puree
and a touch of fresh cream.

Steamed Basmati Rice
Aromatic basmati rice; the perfect companion to any meal.

Naan
Classic Indian bread cooked in the tandoor.
