Abdul comes to us with a wealth of fine dining experience garnered from some of the finest hotels in the world. Prior to his appointment at Shimla Pinks, Abdul was responsible for opening the award winning eatery "The Kitchen" at the Hyatt Regency in Dubai. Abdul has already made his mark with the successful launch of a lunch menu and his culinary presence is evident in our new à la carte menu.
