Elaichi Gosht
Tender pieces of lamb marinated overnight with yoghurt then simmered in a mild gravy

Lal Maas
Tender lamb bathed overnight in a yoghurt and chili paste marinade then cooked gently
with onions, asafoetida and whole spices; a chef's favourite not to be missed.

Jingha Malai Curry
The finest king prawns cooked in a mild coconut gravy with aromatics including caraway
seeds and curry leaves.

Cod Mollei
Fresh morsels of cod cooked in a rich coconut gravy flavoured with mustard seeds and
curry leaves; a traditional dish from Goa.

Shahi Paneer
Succulent cottage cheese cooked in a delicious velvety tomato and butter sauce; a
famous dish from the Indian capital of New Delhi.

Malai Kofta
Dumplings made from fresh cottage cheese stuffed with dried fruit and aromatic spices,
finished in a thick creamy sauce.

Daal Makhani
The finest black lentils cooked overnight on a slow fire in the tandoor, mixed with ginger,
garlic, fresh tomato puree and a touch of fresh cream.

Tadka Daal
A wonderful dish of yellow lentils tempered with a sprinkling of coriander leaves, ginger,
garlic and cumin seeds.

Subzi Kofta
