Served with mango chutney, mint sauce and spiced onions.

Appetisers


Murgh Malai Tikka
Morsels of boneless chicken breast marinated overnight with soft cream cheese, mace, cardamom powder and
finely chopped green chili, finished in the tandoor.

Raunaq-E-Seekh
The traditional skewer of finely minced lamb delicately flavoured with fresh coriander, tomatoes, mint and spring onions
creating an extraordinary play of aromas.

Fish Amritsari
Succulent chunks of cod delicately spiced, served in a crisp coating of ajwain and gram flour.

Aloo Matar Ki Tikki
Indian potato cakes filled with asafoetida tempered peethi of peas and served with three contrasting chutneys -
tamarind, mint and sweet onion.



Hara Barra Kebab
A fresh spinach cake stuffed with finely chopped brussel sprouts, nuts and
raisins, finished with a crisp coating.

Vegetable Samosa
Crisp savoury pastries stuffed with seasonal vegetables, served on a bed of fresh greens.


Main Courses


Butter Chicken
A classic dish prepared with the finest pieces of chicken grilled in the tandoor and then
braised in a smooth buttery tomato gravy, flavoured with fenugreek.

Chicken Nentara
Morsels of chicken prepared in a medium spiced sauce of onions, tomatoes, ginger and
fenugreek, garnished with spring onions and a dash of coriander.

Lamb Roganjosh
The finest lamb chunks cooked on a slow fire with fresh yoghurt, finely chopped onions and tomatoes, enriched
with whole spices and saffron.

Bombay Aloo
Potatoes cooked with onions, tomatoes, garlic and ginger in a tangy sauce.

Chana Masala
A warming dish of chickpeas cooked slowly with onions, garlic and traditional spices in a rich
masala sauce.

Daal Makhani
The finest black lentils cooked overnight on a slow fire in the tandoor, mixed with ginger, garlic, fresh tomato puree
and a touch of fresh cream.

Steamed Basmati Rice
Aromatic basmati rice; the perfect companion to any meal.

Naan
Classic Indian bread cooked in the tandoor.
