Chef's Specials menu released
Shimla Pink's head chef Abdul Ishral is happy to announce the launch of the Chef's Specials menu as from June 1st 2010.
Abdul has a wealth of experience which he has gathered over the years from working in award winning five star hotels across India And Dubai. The menu showcases dishes from different regions of India with the regional dish of the month originating from Goa.
Abdul hopes to take you on a culinary journey through India as he shares the flavours and tastes which have inspired him.
